I attended Think Global, Link Local in 2015, and ended up volunteering with one of the organizations that I met that day after completing my graduate studies! The event introduced me to many organizations that I didn’t know were active in Vancouver, and showed me the numerous opportunities available to those interested in volunteering and working with organizations whose focus is local, international, or both! – Former TGLL Participant and SFU graduate student
