The United Nations Association in Canada invites all graduate students and young professionals with an interest in natural resource development and innovation to participate in this educational and career-building programme.
Combining UNA-Canada’s successful empathy-based learning approach with a business school case competition, the programme convenes the best and brightest graduate scholars and young professionals with leaders from the private sector, NGOs, aboriginal peoples and groups, and government.
With the guidance of Canada’s leading experts, delegates engage in a multisectoral stakeholder simulation to tackle some of the most pressing issues in responsible resource development. To facilitate a successful forum, the programme also features keynote speakers and numerous networking and career opportunities for participants and partners.
The 2013 edition will be held this October in three key cities across British Columbia: Prince George, Vancouver and Victoria.
There are limited funding opportunities available.
